- Colocar el tomate en rodajas y el queso cremoso en medio.

- Ir cerrando desde los costados ayudándonos con el nylon y haciendo una leve presión unir los dos extremos.

- Una vez unidos los extremos cerrar bien las puntas (paso fundamental para que no se derrame el queso)

- Rociar una asadera con rocío vegetal y disponer el rollo de carne sobre ella.

- El rollo se verá cerrado pero al finalizar la cocción se abrirá por la union de los dos extremos laterales que cerramos anteriormente.

- Llevar a horno moderado (200 grados) por 45 min y retirar.. verán que mientras se cocina, el queso se funde y se va dando la forma de barquito.

- Transcurrido los 45 min, retirar y disponer sobre una fuente o plato de presentación. Y finalmente decorar como más les guste. Yo utilicé la salsita de la cocción que se formó y se la agregué sobre el queso.. Y decoré con salsa barbacoa.
