- Ahora nos ponemos con las patatas. Una vez cocidas y peladas, las machacamos junto con una cucharada de mantequilla y un poco de sal. Tenemos que conseguir una pasta, más o menos homogénea.
- Embadurnamos el molde con un poco de mantequilla (o aceite) y colocamos la pasta de patata cubriendo bien toda la base. Lo ideal son unos 2 cm. para que aguante el relleno.
- Añadimos el relleno.
1- Yo lo cubro con queso en lonchas y queso rallado antes de hornear.
2- Hay gente que si le sobra patata hace una especie de tapadera para el pastel (pero algo más fina que la base).
- Precalentamos el horno 20 minutos a 200º.
Después metemos nuestro pastel y lo horneamos a 180º unos 20-30 minutos.
