- Pela las papas y pícalas en trozos pequeños y ponlos a hervir en agua con sal, cuando estén blandas escúrrelas bien y haz un puré. Pica en ruedas los tomates.
- Distribuye en un bol grande, con fondo plano, la mantequilla. Empieza por poner una capa de puré y después alterna la col, la zanahoria, los tomates, los ajíes y el picadillo, pero siempre, entre cada capa, una de papas.
