- En una charola con aluminio acomodamos el tocino de forma que quede una cama para poder forrar el rollo

- Acomodado el tocino poner el rollo

- Pasa el tocino uno por uno por el rollo de manera que quede presionado (tratar de que quede bien forrado)

- Enseguida meter al horno a 360°f (180° c) por dos horas (esto depende de la capacidad de el horno puede ser menos) si quieren estar seguro que la carne este lista pinchar con un palillo si este sale limpio termino su cocción enseguida quitar el aluminio y volver a meter al horno hasta quedar al dorado de su gusto (hacerlo por ambos lados) una vez terminado dejar reposar y rebanar al grosor de su gusto es una receta muy rica y rendidora,espero les ayude☺☺☺
