- En una Sartén vamos a freír el tocino (Bacon) ya cortado, hasta que quede bien frito.
- En otra sartén vamos a poner a freír la cebolla y cuando ya esté frita agregamos el chorizo y lo revolvemos hasta que se cocine bien.
- En otra vamos a freír las salchichas (cortadas en rodajas), luego agregamos el jamón cortado en cuadritos hasta que se sofríe todo muy bien y de ahí agregamos el tocino ya frito y el chorizo frito y revolvemos todo.

- Luego de eso vamos a agregar todo eso frito (tocino, salchichas, jamón y salchichas) a los frijoles que aún le faltan poquito para estar bien cocidos y revolvemos y agregamos el cilantro picado finamente y la lata de chipotle (si quiere más picante agregamos otra lata de chipotle)
- Ponemos a terminar de cocerse los frijoles con todo lo demás revolviendo y agregamos sal y lo dejamos a nuestro gusto de sal. Cuando ya los frijoles estén ya se apaga y se sirve los frijoles charros


- Nota: La cantidad de los ingredientes se lo dejo a su gusto, solo que en los frijoles yo usé 2 libras de frijoles pinto.
- Nota2: Recuerden los frijoles al inicio no deben están totalmente cocidos, porque luego cuando se le agrega todos los embutidos fritos, pues se pone a cocer nuevamente para que todo tome sabor y ahí se terminan de cocer los frijoles
