- En un paire le untamos mantequilla por todos lados antes de poner el plátano luego hacemos un piso o base con parte del plátano encima la carne ya cocinada (si quieren le ponen queso encima de la carne)
- Hacemos otra capa de plátano para cubrir la carne y encima de esa capa de plátano el queso restante
- Calentar en horno y poner ahí el paire solo para derretir bien el queso, si quieren lo dejan hasta que dore el queso y se ponga crujiente.
