  27. 1/2 kg papa pelada y picada
  28. 125 grs fruta seca picada
  29. 1/2 kg manzana amarilla pelada y picada

  1. Descongelar el pavo, lavarlo bien y hervir las menudencias con ajo y sal para usar el caldo después. Colocar el pavo en una pavera untándolo de mantequilla sal y pimienta.

  5. Añadir poco a poco a lo que se estaba sazonando (paso 3) y sin dejar de mover los chícharos, zanahoria, nuez, almendras, pasitas, ciruela pasa, fruta seca, carne a medio freír, las papas, dejando la manzana, perejil y aceitunas al final., mezclar todo y dejar unos 10 min. a fuego lento y reservar para rellenar el pavo.
  6. Precalentar el Horno a 250° bajar a 180° y hornear el pavo aproximadamente 1 hr. por kilo de carne, se deberá ir bañando con la mezcla que se reservó y una vez cocido se saca del horno para quitarle el exceso de caldo se rellena y se calienta un poco más a fuego lento y se presenta para degustarlo.
  7. El pavo quedo jugoso y tanto la carne como el relleno tienen un rico sabor. Quedé muy satisfecha con esta receta y espero sea de su agrado.
