- 1 kg carne picada de ternera
- 1 huevo
- 1 cucharada perejil fresco
- 1 rebanada pan que mojaremos en leche posteriormente

- Lo primero que vamos a hacer es mezclar con la carne picada, un huevo, la cucharada de perejil fresco, 1 rebanada de pan que podemos poner unos minutos antes a remojar en leche, una cucharadita de postre y media de ajo en polvo o dos dientes de ajo machacados y una pizca de sal. Lo mezclamos todo muy bien.
