  2. Licuar los chiles escurridos, con los ajos, pimienta, cilantro, cominos, 1/2 litro del consomé, el Knorr suiza, 2 cucharaditas de sal
  3. Las Papas o Chayotes pelalos y parte en juliana reservalos, puedes usar zanahorias o nopales la diferencia es el tiempo que la pones en la olla, la papá y chayote ponlos 10 minutos, zanahorias 7 minutos, los nopales ya cocidos y limpios 2 minutos
  4. Colar en la olla del sofrito y ponerle a la licuadora el resto del caldo para quitar todo el sabor
  5. Sofreír el tomate verde picado junto a la cebolla picada durante unos 10 minutos en esta olla debe caber todos nuestros ingredientes revueltos
  6. A mí personalmente me gusta licuar el tomate y cebolla sofritos con la handblender directo en la olla con el fuego bajo
  7. Agregar al recaudo que está a fuego bajo, la carne deshebrada incorporarla al recaudo, y en este punto empezamos con la verdura las papas y/o chayotes pelados y rebanados, vamos a hervir diez minutos si le pones zanahoria ponla ya que el guiso tenga 3 minutos hirviendo
  8. Puedes acompañar con frijoles refritos o arroz y unas buenas tortillas Calientes
  9. Si le vas a poner nopales esos son cocidos y escurridos solo los incorporas 3 minutos al hervor y rectifica la sazón por si necesitas más sal
