- Agregar la sal al resto del harina y mezclar. Cuando la masa madre ya esté activa agarrar al harina, mezclar y agregar más agua tibia, mezclar y amasar hasta que la masa este suave. Dejar reposar en un lugar tibio.



- Cortar la cebolla y ajo finamente.


- En una sartén con aceite de ajonjolí agregar la cebolla seguido del ajo y sofreír por 2 minutos. Agregar las carnes y dejar cocinar hasta que el agua se evapore.



- Cuando el agua se haya evaporado agregar la salsa de soya, la miel y el vinagre. Condimentar con sal, el anís y el clavo. Cocinar 5 minutos más.



- Hacer bolitas con la masa, espolvorear harina en una superficie plana, y poner una a una las bolitas de más, aplanar con un rodillo haya tener una masa delgada y cortar en círculos.


- Colocar 2 cucharadas de carne y cerrar poco a poco los dumplings haciendo bordes pequeños.


- Calentar agua en una vaporera, colocar uno a uno los dumplings, tapar perfectamente y cocinar por 20 minutos.



- Montar en un plato y acompañar con salsa de soya.
