- Cuando pongas la carne a cocer pon los garbanzos en una olla aparte, duran aproximadamente una hora y reserva

- Cuela el caldo de res para que no tenga ajos ni especies, ni cebolla, puedes licuar todo e integrarlo de nuevo pero colado para que tome el sabor sin las desagradables sorpresas de ajos.
- En el caldo colado pon el arroz remojado a cocer unos 15 minutos y luego integra los garbanzos cocidos con todo y su agua de cocción, agrega los cubos de Knorr suiza y deja hervir 5 o 10 minutos tapado a fuego lento
- Sirve tu consomé, procura que lleve Arroz y Garbanzos, acompaña de Cilantro y cebolla picada y limones al gusto y/o aguacate según lo que a tu familia le guste, en mi casa les pongo un platito hondo con jugo Maggie, salsa inglesa y jugo de limón y le parto unos chiles serranos en rueditas está salsita la preparo unas horas antes
