  4. Después Dos hojas de laurel, las aceitunas, alcaparras y el perejil y se tapa y se deja hervir por 15 minutos a que se ponga jugosa a fuego bajo
  5. Ojo si hacen pescado les recomiendo que sea en aluminio, se le pone un poco de cada cosa y se hace un tamalito y se pone en un comal o a vapor o al horno, el tiempo va a depender de el grosor de su pescado y sustituyan la costilla jugosa por caldo de camarón en polvo o por sal, yo no tenía alcaparras ni chile güero pero salió aún así delicioso😉
